Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills. Conduct regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters. Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts are available Monday through Sunday. This role safeguards clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Applicants must possess a valid CA Guard Card, training certificates, and a high school diploma or equivalent experience. A background investigation and drug screen are required as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current CA. Guard Card & Training Certificates
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
