Job Summary
Security Guard for on-site protection at DAP Health facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, guarding against theft, patrolling buildings, responding to alarms, reporting daily activities and irregularities, and assisting staff and visitors. Must be able to read and write English, maintain awareness of security protocols, and perform duties such as opening/closing areas, using security cameras, and contacting authorities as needed. Requires California Guard Card, valid CA driver's license with clean record, and BLS certification; 2 years of related experience preferred. On-site role with potential to cover welcome desk and respond to security emergencies while maintaining a visible deterrent and supporting patient, client, or guest safety.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California Guard Card
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record and up-to-date auto insurance
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross accredited BLS certification
- Two years of security guard-related experience or related field preferred
