Security Guard - Clinic

Job Summary
Monitor all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles, while interacting with staff and patients professionally. Patrol the parking area and lobby at least twice per hour to prevent loitering or misconduct, reporting concerns immediately to the director. Perform regular safety checks on smoke detectors, locked doors, and alarm systems, and keep accurate notes in various clinic systems. Communicate regarding incoming admissions, visits, and deliveries to appropriate staff. Handle light maintenance duties such as touch-up painting, trash removal, and cleaning spills. Work Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM or 10:30 AM, with one Saturday morning per month. Assist the Richmond Comprehensive Treatment Center team in providing full-circle care against the opiate epidemic.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable with working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred", "Two years' experience in security, corrections, or military is preferred", "Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred
