Job Summary
Conduct regular site patrols and monitor entry points to ensure premises security. Enforce access protocols by verifying authorized personnel, logging visitors, and securing gates. Maintain constant radio communication with team members and respond immediately to emergencies such as medical incidents or breaches. Document all activities, incidents, and patrols in shift reports for handover. Prevent theft and vandalism while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements. Provide first aid and CPR support as needed. This casual role in Edmonton offers various shifts from Sunday to Saturday at $17 per hour for those with a valid AB security license and 1-2 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in Security
- Must have a valid AB security License
- Must be at least 18 years old or above for insurance purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week
- First Aid and CPR
