Security Guard

Job Summary
Security Guard responsible for ensuring safety of company premises during assigned shifts, controlling access for employees, visitors, and vehicles; conducting regular patrols and inspections of buildings, fences, gates, lighting systems, and other security elements; maintaining shift logs and incident reports; reporting to management; preventing unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security violations; identifying and reporting suspicious activities and security threats; assisting visitors and responding to emergencies; following health, safety, and internal security regulations; protecting company assets and ensuring environmental safety. Education and experience requirements include secondary specialized or vocational education, minimum 6 months guarding experience, and mandatory military or reserve duty; language requirements Uzbek and Russian, with English/Turkish as an advantage; basic computer skills; emphasis on physical fitness, knowledge of security procedures, patrol practices, and unarmed self-defense; values include discipline, integrity, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Secondary specialized or vocational education
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in guarding services army service experience
- Mandatory: Completion of mandatory military service, alternative service, or reserve duty
- Languages: Uzbek and Russian — required
- English and/or Turkish — an advantage
- Skills: Good physical fitness and endurance
- Knowledge of security procedures and patrol practices
- Ability to use communication devices and security equipment
- Skills in unarmed self-defense and physical restraint (without weapons)
- Understanding of business communication standards
- Responsibility, discipline, and integrity
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
