Job Summary
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking lots, and surrounding areas while monitoring CCTV and access points. Respond promptly to alarms, calls for service, disturbances, medical emergencies, and security breaches, performing routine safety inspections of doors, windows, lighting, and emergency equipment. Enforce campus rules, provide escorts, investigate incidents, and complete detailed written reports. Collaborate with local law enforcement and campus departments, participate in ongoing training, and assist with crowd control during events. This Full-Time 3rd Shift position requires a Valid BC Security License and Class 5 Driver's License.
Required Qualifications
- Valid BC Security License
- Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License
- Valid Security License
- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Prior security experience
- Must be able to stand or be outdoors for long periods of time
- Must be available for 3rd Shift, Weekends
