Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work afternoon and evening shifts Monday through Sunday at a Building Loading Dock in the Hudson Yards Area of Manhattan. Earn $21.20 to $22.20 per hour. Requires a high school diploma or five years of verifiable experience, with a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Candidates should have the minimum of two years of security experience
- Licensed by the New York State Department of State
- Must exhibit great customer service skills
