Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while providing customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site policies, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel. Work part-time shifts including days from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Fridays from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM at a financial institution in San Antonio, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A Guard Card/License is preferred
