Job Summary
Maintain a secure environment by controlling entrance and exit of visitor vehicles, verifying credentials, and utilizing two-way radios for clear communication with team members. Promptly alert appropriate personnel or authorities regarding suspicious or criminal activities while strictly adhering to established security protocols and reporting procedures. Enforce security measures through a high visibility presence to prevent illegal or inappropriate actions, ensuring a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. This role requires a valid Security Guard License, three years of experience, and the physical ability to stand and climb stairs for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Security Guard License
- Minimum of 3 years of security experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
