Job Summary
Maintain a secure environment by controlling entrance and exit of visitor vehicles, verifying credentials, and utilizing two-way radios for clear team communication. Promptly alert personnel or authorities during suspicious or criminal activities while strictly adhering to all established security protocols and procedures. Enforce security measures through a high visibility presence to prevent illegal actions and uphold a professional demeanor. Requires a valid Security Guard License, three years of security experience, and physical fitness to stand and walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security Guard License
- Minimum of 3 years of security experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
