Job Summary
Monitor premises and occupants by controlling entrance and exit of visitor vehicles, verifying credentials, and enforcing security measures. Utilize two-way radios for clear communication with team members and promptly alert authorities regarding suspicious or criminal activities. Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to all established protocols to prevent illegal actions and ensure a secure environment. Requires a valid D-License, one year of security experience, and physical fitness for extended periods on feet.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid D-License
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
