Job Summary
Part-time Armed Security Guard responsible for maintaining a safe environment, managing incidents, and ensuring guest safety in a nightclub setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid G license is required
- Valid D license is required
- Valid FL driver's license is required
- Proven experience as a security guard, law enforcement officer, or in a similar role, preferably in a nightclub or high-energy environment
- Ability to stay calm and think clearly in stressful or emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand or patrol for long periods
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in nightclub security or other nightlife venues
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Speaking Spanish is a plus
