Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeters while providing customer service to students, faculty, and visitors. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established reporting procedures, and monitor access points to report suspicious behavior or hazards. Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures. This part-time role in Clermont, FL, includes a day shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and requires at least two years of security experience, a valid driver's license, and an armed guard card.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- An armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
