Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly using problem-solving approaches. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting that working environments may vary by client site. This role serves and safeguards clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions or 21+ for armed roles, possess a high school diploma or five years of verifiable experience, and hold a valid driver's license for driving positions. A background investigation and drug screen are required as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
