Job Summary
Monitor security cameras, follow post orders and Allegiance policy, and assist management with delegated duties. Stand or walk constantly on various surfaces while conducting public relations, obtaining detailed statements, and writing reports. Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property and detect safety hazards within the building. Communicate tactfully with the public and document information professionally. Work M-F 16-24 hours per week as a PT floater with on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Ability to work all shifts
- Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions and lawful orders
- Ability to cope with stressful work situations
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff as well as follow all mandated safety requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Guard License
