Job Summary
Patrol buildings and grounds, monitor the gatehouse, and provide support for residents and team members during evening and night hours under minimal direct supervision. Ensure the security and safety of the community by maintaining a valid driver's license and CPR, AED, and first aid certification. This role supports residents at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, one of the largest not-for-profit owners of resort-style continuing care senior living communities across nine states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
Desired Qualifications
- Prior security and/or emergency response experience
