Job Summary
Patrol buildings and grounds while monitoring the gatehouse to ensure community safety and support residents during evening and night hours. Maintain a valid driver's license and obtain CPR, AED, and first aid certification within the introductory period. Work under minimal direct supervision with a starting rate between $16.43 and $19.91 per hour. This role supports residents at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, one of the largest not-for-profit owners and operators of resort-style continuing care senior living communities across 9 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
