Job Summary
Conduct proactive patrols, monitor security cameras, manage access control, and maintain life-safety systems to ensure the safety of residents, team members, visitors, and property. Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct. Maintain a valid driver's license and current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. Earn between $17.00 and $21.29 per hour with access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
