Job Summary
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access by verifying authorized entry, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and directing individuals appropriately. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following site procedures and notifying leadership. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for Allied Universal leadership. This part-time role in Aurora, CO, offers a six-month anchor shift commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts via our Smart Tools platform. A high school diploma and background investigation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
