Job Summary
Maintain a visible presence in the assigned facility, monitor the environment for suspicious activity, and enforce facility policies while greeting customers and visitors professionally. Answer all phones, permit authorized entry, perform designated patrols on foot or in vehicle, and observe departing personnel to prevent theft. Monitor alarms and systems, prepare reports on incidents and accidents, and follow emergency action plans. Requires a state-mandated security license, high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 12am to 8am.
Required Qualifications
- State or municipality mandated security officer licenses
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
- Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period
- Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to write routine correspondence, to include log entries and incident reporting
- Monday - Friday 12am-8am

- Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience
