Job Summary
Provide high-visibility security for premises, assets, and staff. Duties include patrolling the building and perimeter, monitoring alarm systems and CCTV, controlling access at entrances and vehicle gates, observing for signs of crime or disorder and investigating disturbances, taking accurate notes, and reporting incidents in detail. Respond to emergencies with first aid or CPR as needed, and maintain compliance with public safety procedures. Shift available on weekends from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; part-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Must have a drivers license
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
