Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations by monitoring security systems, handling incidents, and responding to emergencies while ensuring all procedures comply with local, national, and international laws. Manage the shift team, coordinate activities including callouts, conduct regular audits to identify improvements, and complete training checklists for new hires. Act as the primary point of contact for incident response, troubleshooting security application issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all incidents are properly documented, analyzed, and reported while assisting in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete metrics for operators and notify managers of necessary SOP changes. Requires 2+ years of GSOC experience, CCURE proficiency, and flexible overnight/weekend shifts. Starting pay is $30.85 per hour.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Security/GSOC experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of technical writing experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable security experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Global Security Operation Center experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using CCURE and other surveillance tools (e.g., Genetic)
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
  • Technical writing skills
  • Teamwork, coaching, mentoring skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, Word)
  • Solid computer knowledge and skills, experience working with complex platforms
  • Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
  • Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and orally, through superior communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and operate within high demand situations, often under time constraints
  • Possess working knowledge of current global events and global geography/cultures
  • Ability to analyze and think critically, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to follow written policy and procedures
  • Must be Flexible
  • Shifts Available Including Overnights and Weekends

Desired Qualifications

  • Military and/or law enforcement experience
  • College degree in Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
