Job Summary
Monitor multiple screens and business intelligence sources to detect, analyze, and alert on incidents impacting client people, products, property, or brand image. Investigate alarms by directing security patrols or notifying Fire services and Police as needed. Respond to critical situations calmly while providing customer service through safety procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Assist employees with safety concerns and monitor travel security. Work shifts including overnights and weekends in a GSOC environment under supervisor guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of security/GSOC experience
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
