SECURITY GRAVEYARD SERGEANT - CB & VR - FULL-TIME

Oversees security operations during graveyard shifts and, in the absence of the Security Lieutenant, supervises all Security Department staff. Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations, Company and Security Dept. Policies. Assists the Lieutenant in training, policy adherence, and staff oversight. Maintains scheduling and attendance records, conducts staff training, reviews reports for accuracy, and performs other job duties as assigned. Requires strong decision-making under pressure, integrity, and a commitment to safety and protecting guests. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior Mesquite Gaming Security experience with management training. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting moderately heavy objects. Environment includes exposure to casino smoke and potentially dangerous situations. In-person role based in Mesquite, NV.
