Job Summary
Security Governance and Assurance Analyst responsible for day-to-day delivery of the tech workstream for Flutter UKI’s audits and assessments, including ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, PCI DSS and other internal assessments; manage assessments with 2nd and 3rd line teams, facilitate conversations between stakeholders and Flutter UKI Tech, oversee remedial actions, and coordinate with the ISMS & Policy Manager to define and operationalise 1st line security controls and reporting within UKI; drive creation, review and adoption of InfoSec policies and standards; requires significant cross-team engagement and travel across UKI locations.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO27001, PCI DSS, SOX, NIST CSF 2.0, GDPR)
- Experience delivering and facilitating audits and controls testing (2nd and 3rd line)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines
- Strong communication skills to explain technical matters to diverse audiences
- Experience coordinating compliance programmes with ISMS & Policy management
- Willingness to travel across UKI/UK locations
- Stakeholder engagement across internal/external teams
- Knowledge of security controls implementation aligned with business risk appetite
