Job Summary
Security - Game Day Event Staff at Lambeau Field: Assist in all aspects of stadium security, monitor fans and designated areas to ensure safety during Green Bay Packers home games and postseason events. Must communicate effectively with guests, be available for all home games and playoffs, handle uncooperative or intoxicated individuals, demonstrate strong problem-solving, and be familiar with Lambeau Field policies and procedures. Role may require flexibility as duties can change based on need. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, walk/stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks (climb stairs, reach, bend, lift).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist injured/handicapped persons in use of wheelchair.
- Experience operating a hand-held radio, portable fire extinguisher is preferred.
- Knowledge in formal first aid, CPR, or First Responder training is desirable, but not required.
