Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and other industries using the exclusive shift-pickup platform. Work irregular shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays with little to no advance notice at any of the 7 locations based on business needs. Restrain individuals in a hospital setting if required and comply with hospital vaccination requirements while maintaining a good driving record. Must be available to travel between assigned locations as needed and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Flexibility to travel between assigned locations as needed
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Compliance with hospital vaccination requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital environment that may include the morgue
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting, if required by the post
- At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen
- Possession of a valid driver's license for driving positions
- High school diploma/GED verifiable by a 3rd party background check
- Current driver's license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state
- At least 2 years of verifiable work history with no gaps in employment more than 90 days
- Ability to pass a federal 10-panel drug test
- Willingness to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination compliance requirements
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
- Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies
- A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
- Associate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
