Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location within a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Greet visitors, employees, and vendors; verify identification and access authorization; and maintain visitor logs in accordance with established procedures. Monitor entry activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and other security-related equipment, reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate. Maintain a professional front desk presence, communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors, and complete required activity reports and documentation. Work a fixed six-month anchor shift with flexible claim-a-shift options to earn more.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
