Job Summary
Provide security coverage at biomanufacturing and regulated facilities with minimal notice, monitoring access points for employees, visitors, and vendors. Conduct interior and exterior patrols, enforce site security policies, and oversee CCTV and access control systems. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, and accurately complete incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports. Maintain strict confidentiality and follow detailed site-specific post orders while delivering professional customer service. Must be available 24/7 on call, hold a valid Level 2 Security License and driver's license, and reside within 20 miles of College Station, TX. Requires one year of professional security experience and ability to work all shifts. Pay rate is $16.00–$17.00.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be available 24/7 – ON CALL
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year of professional security experience
- MUST have a valid Security License
- MUST have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- MUST reside within 20 miles of COLLEGE STATION,TX – 77845
- Reliable transportation and ability to work all shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- NO neck, face, or below-the-wrist tattoos
- Ability to quickly learn and follow detailed procedures in regulated environments
- Level 2 Security License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, biomanufacturing, healthcare, laboratory, or other regulated facilities
- Prior military, law enforcement, or industrial security experience (a plus, not required)
