Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions that may create safety hazards. Sound alarms or call police/fire for unauthorized persons, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Aid customers and visitors courteously and operate radio or telephone equipment as required. Work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice; schedule selection via exclusive shift-pickup platform.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ Years of Age
- TSA Issued TWIC
- Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- At least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state
- 21 years, if armed
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy

Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
