Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures, emergency responses, and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns while conducting unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, and perimeters. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports for site contacts and leadership. This role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license. Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
