Security Executive

Manage campus traffic discipline and parking for two- and four-wheelers, including sticker issuance, distress call response, and accident prevention. Oversee external area housekeeping, coordinating tree trimming, lawn maintenance, restroom cleanliness, and waste disposal with vendors. Prepare duty rosters, manage security personnel attendance, and supervise visitor and courier logistics. Maintain security equipment such as ID cards, walkie-talkies, and turnstiles while liaising with police and fire departments for emergencies. Train security staff and ensure compliance with fire safety protocols across the property.
