Job Summary
Screen all persons entering ticketed and secure areas for valid credentials, control access through gates, and provide visible security presence to guests. Assist visitors with directions, facility information, parking, and disabled assistance while supporting event operations by moving equipment and setting up signs, barricades, and fencing. Work outdoors in changing weather conditions standing for extended periods during seasonal NASCAR racing events in April and September.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have transportation to and from Kansas Speedway properties
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in excess of 8 hours at a time
- Positive attitude!
- Valid Driver's License
