Job Summary
Initiate, update, and close incident/support requests while controlling access to installations for uncleared individuals. Escort employees and visitors through designated areas, verifying identities upon arrival and ensuring adherence to facility rules. Communicate via radio, telephone, and orally to execute general and special orders, maintaining poise under stress. Construct detailed reports in English and interact professionally with public, government personnel, and VIPs. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, reporting any rule violations to on-site Federal law enforcement. Maintain uniform cleanliness and carry issued equipment as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI
- Must speak, read, write, and understand the English language
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays and be on call
- Must be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays and be on call
Desired Qualifications
- Prior military, civilian, or security guard experience preferred
- Honorable Discharge if applicable
