Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day development, implementation, and support of security controls across multiple product engineering teams by advising on complex security matters and translating strategy into actionable goals. Architect and design secure digital products while managing teams responsible for strategic security architecture, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and modern DevSecOps methodologies. Evaluate system enhancements, influence the security product roadmap, and drive adoption of security controls by leveraging key stakeholders. Provide technical leadership for team members, assess end-to-end business processes for security risks, and maintain accountability for digital product success through security metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience preferred in security engineering
- at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role
