Job Summary
The Security Engineer will perform administrative tasks related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory (AD), ensuring optimal performance, security, and access control within the organization's network. Key responsibilities include managing user and group accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The engineer will operate within a 24/7 service model, accepting support requests via various channels, maintaining accurate incident records, and monitoring progress to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and Microsoft Windows core technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Very good Active Directory Knowledge in an Enterprise environment
- Experience with all aspects of AD user and group Management
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Good document authoring skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with strong change control practices
- Knowledge of Windows Server Technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps
- Proficient in Excel
