Job Summary
Implement and configure security controls across the AWS environment, performing vulnerability scanning, security testing, and remediation tracking. Support ATO evidence collection against NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP controls while operating continuous-monitoring and threat-detection tooling. Partner with DevSecOps to automate security in the pipeline and leverage AI-assisted security tooling for detection and triage. Assist with incident response and forensics activities. This role requires a U.S. Citizen with 3+ years of security engineering experience, including cloud (AWS), and the ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance. The position involves a HYBRID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA and client locations in the Washington D.C. area.

Desired Qualifications

- Federal ATO / continuous-monitoring experience
