Security Engineer II - Red Team (BAS)

Role focuses on Phishing Simulation and Red Team Breach Attack Simulation (BAS) to assess security posture. Responsibilities include designing phishing campaigns and realistic infrastructure for simulations, creating content and landing pages, generating reports and metrics, tracking user susceptibility, collaborating on targeted training, configuring and operating BAS tools, designing red team scenarios, troubleshooting tool issues, analyzing BAS results to identify gaps, and providing security improvement recommendations. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with phishing simulations and/or red team operations; hands-on BAS tools experience; understanding of infrastructure setup and management. Preferred certifications include CEH, eJPT, OSCP, PNPT, CRTP, CRTO, CNPen, and similar credentials.
