Job Summary
Assess AI tooling and applications across SIXT, identify security risks, and present actionable findings to stakeholders. Author remediation policies that automate enforcement of agreed usage boundaries while partnering with business units to steer secure AI adoption. Define healthy AI usage baselines, track risk reduction via KPIs, and respond to incidents to improve governance controls. Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Data Protection teams to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other regulations. This role operates within Team Orange, shaping responsible AI adoption at a global scale for SIXT's mobility platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in security engineering
- real knowledge of AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, indirect prompt injection, and agentic and tool-use risks
- a solid understanding of modern AI architectures including LLMs, RAG systems, and tool-use workflows
- practical experience applying a structured security risk-assessment methodology such as CVSS or equivalent to score, document, and communicate risk consistently
- strong written communication skills
- comfort with making decisions under ambiguity
- familiarity with observability platforms
