Job Summary
Monitor DHRA cybersecurity posture using Government-mandated tools and support Tier 3 and shared Tier 2 responsibilities with Cybersecurity Service Providers. Confirm tool configuration, deployment, operability, connectivity, rollups, updates, and compliance with applicable DHRA, DoD, NIST, and DCDC requirements. Report failures, outages, and noncompliance; submit and track tickets and support troubleshooting as required. Review cyber-tool coverage against DHRA asset inventories and support development and monitoring of corrective get-well plans. Develop traceable monitoring metrics, recommend tool enhancements, document baseline changes, and maintain tool-monitoring TTPs. Apply LCAT expertise in security scanning, mitigation, compliance cross-checking, security-system troubleshooting, security engineering, and review of work products for technical correctness and standards compliance.
