Job Summary
Security Engineer to join Brunswick's Information Security team and support secure AI adoption. Responsibilities include reviewing third-party AI tools and AI-enabled solutions, providing security architecture input, defining security guardrails and secure design patterns, conducting STRIDE-based threat modelling for AI-enabled workflows and internally developed solutions, assessing risks related to AI use cases (data exposure, prompt injection, model misuse, third-party risk, access control, and insecure integrations), advising on identity and access management, data protection, logging, monitoring, encryption, resilience, and secure configuration, and documenting security requirements and remediation actions. Collaborate with the AI team, ICT, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure secure adoption of new technologies and guardrails throughout the development and delivery lifecycle. Monitor emerging AI security risks and industry best practices to inform mitigations within Brunswick's environment. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Security+ and others; experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS, and modern workplace technologies is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in cyber security or security engineering
- experience providing security guidance across technology projects, enterprise platforms, AI initiatives, cloud-based solutions, or internally developed applications
- familiarity with AI-related technologies and security risks
- STRIDE-based threat modelling experience
- strong communication skills
- ISO27001-aligned environment experience beneficial
