Job Summary
Coordinate dispatch communications for security personnel by receiving calls, documenting requests, and relaying information to appropriate team members. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely communication to site leadership and emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to identify unusual activity while providing customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures. Work part-time shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid experience is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
