Job Summary
Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information. Greet guests and employees, escorting visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points. Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms, acting as a first responder in emergency situations. Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to the client and other security personnel. Provide high-quality security services with professionalism while maintaining DoD clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Department of Defense / Top Secret / Secret Clearance
- high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site
- Prior military experience
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Weekdays and Weekends with all Shifts available
Desired Qualifications
- Prior law enforcement or armed security experience
- Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field
