Job Summary
Dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor park radio channels, and answer multiple phone lines while enforcing strict radio policies. Log ride downtime, security activity, and park attendance into appropriate databases, and issue keys, radios, and badges to park personnel. Dispatch emergency situations in a calm, professional manner and ensure Guest First Standards are followed. This seasonal role at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio requires a valid Texas Level 2 Security License, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $15.50/hr with benefits including free park entry and earned wage access.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be high school graduate or possess GED
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Must have a valid Texas Level 2 Security License
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Safety conscious, mature, reliable and dependable
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Must be able to work flexible/rotating shifts including but not limited to overtime, nights, weekends and some holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous security related experience preferred
