Job Summary
Dispatcher to coordinate trucking services for the Access Solutions division. Responsibilities include receiving calls and emails to organize trucking services and dispatch-related requests, transmitting information and providing resolutions, receiving and dispatching orders for trucking services and deliveries, using phone and computer to send trucks/field units to locations, monitoring routes and unit status, and conveying locations, traffic, obstacles, and requirements to field units. Requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, data-entry accuracy, and English proficiency to ensure timely and accurate dispatch operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
- Tech-savvy knowledge of relevant methods of transport
- Exceptional data entry skill and typing speed
- Proficient in English (oral and written); Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Sound judgement and critical thinking skill set
