Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, process alerts from various software programs, and monitor video surveillance and dispatch systems to ensure safety and quality assurance. Collaborate with Brownstone Security and client staff regardless of rank while maintaining regular attendance. File proper reports on alerts and incidents, follow detailed SOPs, and submit written or verbal reports for designated activities. Practice all safety rules and procedures to ensure a secure work environment. This full-time, first-shift role reports to an Account Manager or Operations Manager and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Security Guard Permit as required by state law
- Documents that establish identity
- Documents that establish authorization to work in the U.S
- Associate's Degree
- Security Officer License
- Listen, understand, summarize, transfer and retain basic instructions and detailed information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to write detailed reports
- Excellent Computer skills including fluency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to observe and report activity
- Security or related experience
- Must be available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends
