Job Summary
Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and coordinate responses to security-related incidents at a healthcare location in Cumberland, RI. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while maintaining accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation. Respond to critical situations by communicating with on-site personnel and emergency responders, and conduct regular patrols of designated areas and the perimeter to report unusual activity. Requires at least two years of security experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
