Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site, managing a team of officers and supervisors through hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance coaching. Ensure high-quality security services protect people and property while building relationships with clients and employees to meet financial and operational goals. Handle escalated security issues and emergencies, coordinate necessary support services, and maintain compliance with reporting and contract requirements. Manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies; utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing reports. Meet contractual hours with minimal unbilled overtime and enforce company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
- Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
- At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
- Valid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying
Desired Qualifications
- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
