Job Summary
Security Director at Andy Frain Services overseeing security at Patrick Henry Mall. Responsible for managing the contract, performance, service, and budget; directs Supervisors and staff; maintains safe environments for employees, vendors, and guests; establishes relationships with local police and fire departments; ensures compliance with policies and training; leads security procedures, post orders, and reporting; coordinates with Operations manager and client to deliver high-quality security operations and customer service; develops staffing plans, training programs, and security strategies to grow the account; ensures licensure and background checks are completed and ongoing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
