Job Summary
Security Director to manage a contracted security program for Andy Frain Services. Responsibilities include leading Supervisors and staff, owning performance, service, and budget for assigned contracts, maintaining a safe environment for employees and visitors, and building relationships with local police and fire departments. Requires establishing and enforcing security procedures, post orders, rounds, and thorough reporting. Manages training of Security Officers and Shift Leads, oversees payroll and administrative duties, and coordinating with client representatives to meet security requirements. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV and access control, and compliance with applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
